Jay Hogue
Co-Owner, Licensed Realtor, and Builder
Jay is a Spartanburg native, graduating from Spartanburg High School before attending Clemson University. Jay spent the first 14 years of his career as a police officer before achieving his dream to open his own company. Jay began working in the real estate and construction industry, learning every step in the home building process. Jay along with co-owner Ben Bowling created Southern Grace with the vision of watching new home builders fulfill their ambitions of a custom home regardless of financial status. Jay attends Bethel United Methodist Church where he sings in the praise band. He is a former softball coach for Spartanburg High School and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He is now about to start the journey of getting his masters in Construction Science at Clemson University.
